Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These terms explain how Digia Booster Ltd provides digital marketing, website design, SEO, Google Business Profile support, social media content, advertising support and related business services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions set out how DIGIA BOOSTER LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital marketing and related services to your business. Please read them carefully before working with us. By using our website, booking a call, or asking us to provide services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide digital marketing and related services for small businesses, including:
- Website design and landing pages
- Google Business Profile support
- SEO and local SEO
- Social media content
- Meta and Google ads support
- Booking systems and forms
- Customer inquiry and back-office support
- Business assessment and marketing strategy

The exact services, scope of work, and pricing will be agreed with you in writing (for example by email, proposal, or invoice) before we start.

Starting Work & Payments

We normally start work only after you have:
- Agreed to the scope of work and pricing; and
- Paid the required deposit or first payment.

For one-off projects, we may ask for a deposit upfront and the balance on completion or at agreed milestones.

For ongoing or monthly services, payment is usually due in advance of each period.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver good work on time, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
- Supply branding, logos, images, menus, services, prices and other content we need
- Provide access and logins (for example to your website, hosting, Google accounts, social media, or booking tools)
- Respond to our questions and feedback within a reasonable time

You are responsible for checking that all information you provide is correct and lawful.

Advertising Budgets

If we support you with paid advertising (for example Meta or Google ads):
- Your ad spend/budget is separate from our service fee
- You remain responsible for paying the ad platforms directly (for example Meta, Google)
- We do not control the ad platforms and cannot be responsible for their technical issues, policy changes, or account decisions

Results & No Guarantees

We will use our skills, experience and reasonable care to help improve your online visibility and marketing results. However:
- We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, bookings, rankings, clicks, or revenue
- Search engine rankings, ad performance and social media reach depend on many factors outside our control

Our role is to provide professional marketing support, strategy and implementation based on best effort and available data, not to promise a fixed outcome.

Revisions & Changes

We want you to be happy with the work. Reasonable revisions are included, as agreed in your specific package or proposal.

Revisions should be:
- Within the original agreed scope of work; and
- Requested within a reasonable time after we share drafts or deliverables.

Major changes, new features, or extra work outside the original scope may be treated as a new project or charged separately.

Monthly Services & Cancellation

For ongoing or monthly services (for example SEO, content, or ongoing support):
- Payments are due on time, as stated on your invoice or agreement
- If payment is late, we may pause or stop work until payment is received

If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you agree to give us reasonable written notice (for example 30 days), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Ownership of Work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- We own the rights to our work until we receive full payment for the project or service
- After full payment, ownership of the final website, designs and content we have created for you (excluding third-party tools, stock assets or software) transfers to you

We may keep a copy of the work for our records and portfolio, unless you ask us not to show specific items publicly.

Third-Party Platforms

We often use third-party platforms and tools (for example website builders, booking systems, email tools, analytics, or ad platforms).

These platforms have their own terms, pricing and rules, which you must also follow. We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by those third parties
- Their pricing, availability, features or policies
- Any loss caused by their downtime, errors or decisions

Limitation of Responsibility

We will not be responsible for:
- Any loss of profits, sales, revenue, or business
- Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK law that cannot be limited or excluded.

You remain responsible for:
- The legal accuracy of your business claims, prices, offers, promotions and guarantees
- Any required licenses, certifications or permissions for your business
