Frequently asked questions / Before we begin
A little clarity
goes a long way.
What happens next, how work is scoped and what happens before a commitment.

You do not need a finished brief to begin.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is a free 30-minute online conversation about your needs, whether we are the right fit and a possible next step—not a full audit or a commitment to paid work. Any further paid work would be discussed separately. An expression of interest does not book a consultation; an appointment requires confirmation.
When can we have a consultation?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9:00am–6:30pm UK time. Unavailable Wednesday and Sunday. The first consultation is a free 30-minute online meeting. These hours do not guarantee an available appointment; an appointment requires confirmation.
What if I do not know which service I need?
Start with the problem or the outcome you want, rather than choosing a technical solution. Assessment & Advisory is the entry point across our five service families. A human review helps identify which areas may be relevant.
Do I need to know my budget first?
No. An indicative range can help frame the conversation, but “not sure yet” is a useful starting point too. The scope and proposed cost need to be clear before you decide whether to proceed.
How do monthly plans differ from project costs?
Core (£19), Light (£35), Business (£89) and Enterprise (£179) are monthly support fees. Website builds, defined projects and separately scoped advisory or event work are quoted separately; they are not included simply by selecting a monthly plan. The first 30-minute online consultation is free. Scope and commercial terms must be confirmed before you proceed.
Explore pricing & plansHow do monthly billing and cancellation work?
Standard support renews one billing month at a time, with no minimum beyond the current paid month. Cancel before the next renewal to end at the current paid-period end; there is no extra 30-day notice month. Exact dates, total price and recurring authorisation are shown before agreement. Digia Booster is not currently VAT registered and does not currently add VAT. A subscription requires separate agreement; browsing these plans is not a purchase.
Working together
A useful working relationship starts with clarity.
Should I choose a project or monthly support?
A focused project suits a defined build or delivery outcome and is quoted separately. The monthly plans provide the guidance and support described for each level. Advisory or an event brief may need a separately scoped arrangement. You do not have to make that choice before the first conversation.
How is the scope agreed?
The intended process is assessment, human review and a proposal for you to consider. The proposal should identify the work, deliverables, responsibilities and relevant exclusions. Acceptance and onboarding come before delivery.
How quickly can work start?
Timing depends on the brief, dependencies and confirmed capacity. There is no guaranteed start date or response-time promise on this website. A realistic schedule needs to be discussed and agreed for the specific work.
How will we keep in touch?
The communication channel, main contact and check-in rhythm should be agreed during onboarding. Core includes email support, Light lists priority email support, and Enterprise lists priority strategy support. These descriptions do not set a response-time guarantee. Use the Contact page to see the available ways to start a conversation.

When and how would I pay?
Review the proposal and policies before agreement, then receive authorised payment instructions. Digia Booster may accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit card, credit card, PayPal, authorised Wix recurring payments, bank transfer or a secure payment link. Availability is confirmed for the specific order; payment instructions are supplied only after agreement. There is no payment-method surcharge. The agreed payment schedule takes priority; otherwise invoices are due in 14 calendar days. No checkout or payment collection is available here.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Our additional satisfaction policy accepts written requests within one calendar month after delivery of the relevant project, setup, milestone or monthly service item. The standard refund is 65% of the service fees actually paid and allocated to that item, with any retention capped at 35% and reduced where fairness or law requires. Later instalments actually received for that same covered item receive the same refund treatment. Stopping project instalments does not automatically cancel a lawful remaining balance. Statutory rights take priority: consumer cooling-off and defective-service remedies are separate, may provide a larger or full refund, and are not capped by this window or calculation. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy before agreement. No refund or payment-plan change is processed here.
Does an assessment commit me to anything?
No. An assessment is a starting point for human review, not an accepted proposal, a booking or a purchase. Paid delivery would require a separate proposal and agreement.
How is my assessment submitted?
The assessment link opens Wix, where you choose whether to submit your needs and reply details. This website does not collect or prefill those answers. Read the privacy notice before submitting. An assessment goes to human review; it is not an appointment, accepted proposal or purchase.
