A considered way forward

Clarity before
commitment.

A practical sequence for making the right decisions in the right order. No one-size-fits-all package. No automatic commercial commitment.

  1. Understand the situation

Start with the outcome you want, what exists today and the questions still open. Assessment is a conversation starter, not an automatic prescription.

  2. Review the right route

Human review brings the context together. Discovery or consultation can clarify fit, dependencies and what should happen next.

  3. Define a clear proposal

A proposal sets out the recommended scope, responsibilities, assumptions and commercial terms. Bespoke and event work stays feasibility-led.

  4. Agree before beginning

Review the proposal, Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy before signing or paying. Ask questions, keep a copy and explicitly accept the identified version. An enquiry is not acceptance; optional early-start permission is separate.

  5. Deliver, review and hand over

Controlled delivery uses named owners, documented decisions and review points. Closeout or ongoing support follows the agreed scope.

Start with the assessment on Wix. A human reviews your needs before a proposal; consultation appointments require confirmation, and paid work requires separate agreement.
